In the unfortunate situation where you would like to return your order, please do so within 14 days of receiving the item. In order to receive a full refund or to exchange, you must ensure the item is returned in original condition with the tags still attached.

To process a return or exchange (both UK and international) please contact info@chillyj.co.uk, referencing your order number and we will share full instructions on how to do so.

Returned items are at your own cost and responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are packaged properly, sent via trackable delivery and you have proof of postage.

We will refund you by way of the original payment method and aim to do so within 14 days of having received the returned item back.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process and dispatch your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or re-route the package.

If you refuse delivery for any reason, then you are responsible for the contents of that order and will not be eligible for a full refund.
