Where is my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 days to fulfil and dispatch your order.

How do I return my order?

To process a return or exchange (both UK and international), please contact us on info@chillyj.co.uk, referencing your order number. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving, in perfect condition and with the labels still attached. The cost to return is at your own expense.

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund you to your original payment method and aim to do so within 5 days of receiving the item back.

Payment types

We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card and Debit Card.

Delivery to the EU

All orders will be shipped directly from the UK. If you live within the EU, you may incur additional import/VAT or tax costs. Please note, Chilly J is not liable for the costs once your order leaves the UK. 
If you refuse delivery for any reason, then you are responsible for the contents of that order and will not be eligible for a full refund.

Please be aware we have faced ongoing delivery issues with shipment to Spain, with orders taking longer than expected to arrive.
