We are very excited to announce we'll now be offering a rental service! 

Please ensure that you have read all of the following details before placing your order.

How it works?

Our rental service allows you to enjoy your item from as little as 4 days. Simply use the calendar to select the duration you will be wearing the product (not including days for return) and make sure your order is placed at least a week ahead of your trip to ensure delivery is on time.* 

​

A deposit of 250 GBP will be reserved on your card should there be any issues upon return. You will then be contacted by info@chillyj.co.uk to confirm your shipping address. 

 

Once your rental is complete, please return your suit by 4pm on the next working day by using the returns label provided. We'll then take care of all the boring stuff (cleaning, ironing etc) so you don't have to!

*The cost of delivery and returns is included in the package.

Which locations are available?

We are currently only offering this service if you live in the UK.

What happens if the product doesn't fit?

If your order doesn't fit, please email info@chillyj.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery to notify us of your return. We will be happy to refund the rental fee, but you will be required to cover the cost of postage. 

 

What happens if I damage an item?

We believe renting clothes is like borrowing from a trusted friend! We will ensure the item is delivered in good condition and expect the same in return.

We understand the odd scuff is expected whilst on the slopes, and providing our team are able to fix or clean it within reason, no additional charge will be made. Your rental piece is covered for dry cleaning and any minor repairs up to a repair value of £10. Should we feel there is a level of damage which we are unhappy to provide to another customer, we will contact you regarding further payment.
